We are the Beatties – Anna, Brianna, and Brian. Brianna is 20 years old and has autism. From about the age of 7, she has loved to bake and cook. When Brianna was 3, we found out she has a severe, life-threatening peanut allergy and we are both also allergic to tree nuts and sesame. It has been a dream of mine since then to open a baking business so Brianna can have a place to do what she loves when she graduates, and we can make safe, yummy treats for others with these allergies. Making sure our ingredients are peanut, tree nut, and sesame free always comes first. All of our chocolate is from either Vermont Nut Free or Enjoy Life Brands. We have verified our ingredients are free from these allergens by checking the website, emailing, or calling the companies.
A long-term goal of ours is to continue to grow to a place where we can offer job opportunities for other individuals with special needs. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for supporting us.
